E-learning developer with instructional design skills to create online courses

Looking for an e-learning designer and developer who is strong with PowerPoint, and other screen flow or assessment learning software who can convert our course content, currently in my business book on business strategy and digital transformation with some partially scripted slides into the actual lessons and assessments. Person needs to be able advise on content flow and scripting, participate in rescripting as well as creating the deliverables in the form of video (from slides) or other interactive lessons. We will have sample case study answers which should be turned into assessments including gamification where relevant. So ability to do this would be nice. Ability to conduct further research on some occasions useful. We can hire a separate voice over or voice files will be recording separately. We have lot of illustrations and cartoon characters mostly in .ai files they can be edited for animations or any work in more sophisticated Adobe suite tools or for simpler animations via PowerPoint and Camtasia. Currently courses are hosted on Kajabi though could be open to moving it onto self hosted moodle in the future. Project is expected to be ongoing after initial trial period for the budget below to create a set of 4-5 lessons of approximately 15-50mins in length max to form a full module. This is to be discussed during the interview process where we hope you can add value and make instructional design suggestions. And then we expect the project to be ongoing for 1 year.

I need a Prezi presentation created

We are after someone who is really familiar with making Prezi presentations. The basis of our presentation is to be a map of the South Island of New Zealand (including Stewart Island) with 5 focus points/locations. A cartoon of two frames (plain pencil sketch)

Would you like to work a bit for me in my small project? I need a rough drawing consisting two images as follows. I try to explain myself even though English is not my mother language. As a result I would like to have two slides in my Powerpoint presentation; I’d add some Finnish onto both of slides. First image shows an ancient armored warrior on horseback in front of two black side by side mysterious things, like stones or whatever; those are similar to each other. Warrior is on scout duty ahead of other troop. He has ancient helmet on, and the vizier is open, he seems to be quite relaxed and seems to shout to the troops behind himself. The horse is not relaxed at all, its front legs are up and the warrior has to keep it calm. The mysterious black things are as big as the horse in their hind legs. The second image zooms out quite a lot. The warrior and the horse are exactly same picture, mysterious black things are the same, but all of them are exactly the same size as in the first frame. However, one can recognize those easily. Then the surprise: Mysterious black things turn out to be nostrils of a huge dragon, dragon's long muzzle is on the ground and its eyes are looking angrily like who dares to disturb me? What are these tiny creatures?
